banana and bacon pancakes anyone?

Hitting cafes by storm everywhere and already at the top of my favourite foods list, banana pancakes are an easy start to the day for you palate. I never thought these things would go together but after trying it in a cafe about 8 years ago I've been hooked ever since. It now features alongside eggs benedict and big breakfasts in most New Zealand cafes. How about in your country? Is it a favourite there too?

Hi, puppynut. I am not sure if we even have a recipe as this. We may do. I have to check with IHop and Denny's. Places like these may have something like this. It sounds very delicious. I would love to visit New Zealand to try out banana and bacon pancakes. It sounds very delicious.
