world leader

i feel a world leader should be one who has a global vision.one who is truely believes in the adage "whole world is my family".one who does not hold cultural or regional prejudices and believes in the first and foremost thing "humanity".

according to me adolf hitlar is a very good leader, so is lenin, stalin, roosevelt... they all have changed things... and influenced the way the world works...

for me, a world leader is someone that can shape the global agenda and events. s/he may not be necessarily a head of state or politician, or wealthy, in his/her way, he commands respect and attention because of his/her ideas and words that can move mountains and steel of hearts. a world leader is charismatic. s/he has a following that believe in him/her because of his/her principles, vision, and faith in humanity. desmond tutu and tony blair are good examples of world's leaders.

At one point of time there can be hundreds of world leaders... this can be decided only when they are compared with people in their own field... lets say in IT industry, Microsoft, IBM, Apple all are world leaders because they are constantly bringing something new to this world which is out of the box... people with innovation or who have the power to bring change in someone's life should be considered a leader... Mahatma Ghandhi, Dalai Lama, Saddam Hussain, Michail Garbachov, Hitlar all have changed the life of so many people whether its good or nor thats a separate issue...
