A girl who is one year younger than me sits next to me in the office. She is a nice girl but she cant get rid of her last relationship. She broke up with her former boyfriend about three months ago.To be exact, she was dumped due to some family reasons. Its said that they are not made a couple according to some ancient Chinese fortune-telling.lol Who knows? And the boy in question got engaged the other day, which makes her feel worse. She looks outgoing if she is happy, but these days, she seems impatient and easy to be angry. She likes to play blue music which cant make people happy.I wanted to help her but she seems to be overwhelmed in her own sorrow. What a poor girl! Its not a good thing to have someone unhappy all the time beside you. What do you think?

at the best you can be supportive to your workmate. if she feels like venting out allow her to do so. be non-judgemental if she is reacting too badly.allow her the time to heal herself.she will be fine soon.as best way to heal heartache is engrossing self into work

I am sorry to hear that,When some one is in this situation we can't do anything but comfort her , talk more with her and give her time to recover from the pain.
