Grab some muesli, dried fruits (raisins, apricots, prunes) and munch on them! They are high in fibre and has many health benefits. U can try cashew nuts and pumpkin seeds too.

Hi mawong79! Fruits can help ease the hunger but eat by small portions, don't fill yourself up. By eating small serving sizes will not affect our appetite during regular meal hours. But if you think you are still hungry after eating those, you might be really craving for food. Eat healthy. Happy mylotting!

If you're hungry, I suggest that you drink a glass of water and wait for 5 minutes. If the pain is gone, then it's not real hunger, it's just your cravings. Also, there are many people who confuse thirst for hunger -- it's sometimes hard to interpret the whims of the human body when we're too preoccupied of studies and/or work. If you're STILL hungry after that glass of water, though, then grab a fruit - an apple, a pear, a peach.

It is a good idea to have a glass of cold water when you feel the craving for having snacks at odd hours. You can also have some fresh vegetable salad or fruits to overcome your hungry feeling.

Try making a sadwich with peanut butter in it. the peanut butter is slow-burning so it won't slow you down. It will also help you to lose a little weight as well. Look for other filling and slow-burning foods so you aren't a slug and you have some actual engery.
