Newbie questions

Hello Everyone. I am new here, and have a few questions. For one thing, is there ANY payment at all for very short answers, such as 'yes' or 'been there done that'? I mean even a penny? If not, what is the minimum length a reply or question has to be to earn anything at all?
Also, where on this website do i find a list of catagories so i can click on a catagory i know about and answer questions there. I am looking everywhere, and cant find such a list.

hi risa, you better read the guidelines. There is no minimum length when you start discussion or respond to any discussion, but the word you have said is not counted. Mylot read all your response and rate the its quality. To make sure to earn high amount of money in every discussion you make,make sure that it will hit your interest that way you can give better responses.

Welcome to myLot!
Here it is all about quality rather than quantity and interaction uin interesting discussions.
It may seem difficult to get the hang of it at the beginning but there are many Lotters who dish out advice. Watch the 'mylot-com' interest where there are often interesting discussions which can help eberyone.
