girls and ~~ how can you tell to yourself if your partner meant for you?

hola mylotters.. in a relationship its very difficult to tell yourself that he/she is the one that you will be getting to marry with and be your partner for the resr of your life. right? we might know what if after how many months or years pass your will partner will change. hope this not happe to me. my bestfriend here in phillipines she has a boyfriend for 6 years she kept on telling me and telling me that he is the one already. i dont agree with her. im right they breakup and until now no connection or contact with the guy alrealy with a certain reason. for me only time can tell and explain everything if she/he is really meant for us. happy lotting..
