what can be done to people who are not worth teachers but they really are one!

Hey, TEACHERS!.. Very important component in the society. Everyone must have faced different kinds of teachers. Leave out schools, lets take up the colleges. I've had terrible lecturers who dint know what "teaching" actually meant. I was pissed off every other day. I hated going to college. I felt it would be ok even if they never did that DICTATING work in the name of teaching and let me free to do something constructive. The quality of lecturers is an important aspect for the students to show interest in the subject. And now it is clearly visible why there is not even one college in top 100 colleges around the world while Singapore and Malaysia has couple of them in the list. It is seriously a disgrace!!!So, how have your teachers been? Are you like me or someone really lucky? How do you think the quality of teachers can be accessed and developed? have fun :) (even with boring teachers)
