how to change my xp welcome screen

guys i am using windows XP professional for quite a long period of time. i am bored with the way it starts. can you please help me in changing the way it starts.

hi if you want to change your xp welcome screen then install tuneup its help you to change you xp welcome screen and also help you to change your boot screen. i also use tuneup and its really very good tuneup makes your pc fast and clean
