Is it against the rules to talk about my lot earnings?

Hi bulastika! The previous responses have explained certain aspects of your queries and n the FAQs you will find the rest. Basically we earn for ALL our own activity here. We earn for starting a discussion (if it receives 2 responses or 1 response + 1 comment) and then we earn for all of our further activity on the discussion itself. A discussion bever expires so we can go on commenting on the responses forever and that will add to our earnings. From the FAQs: [i]'What can I do to increase my earnings? What an excellent question, and one we hope every myLot user will ask. Use myLot, post discussions, respond to discussions. Post quality content. For example, generate discussions that engage other users and provide insightful responses and comments to other users discussions to further the topic'[/i] Commenting is waht turns the original topic into a real discussion and definately increases our earnings but, as I sadi above, just saying 'thank you' is not enough and therefore not contributing to earnings at all. All dicsussions asking 'how much do you earn' are polls. Those saying 'I earnt xxx' are milestones. Those asking for specific amounts for each activity fall under the aglorithim analysis violation making them cause for deletion. When users ask how to earn here, there is only one answer - post, post and post more because it is with activity that we earn and each will earn differently depending upon where they post. Posting on discussions which are violations will earn nothing as posts will be deleted, while starting one discussion and keeping it moving with comments is exactly what is suggested in the FAQs. : http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#14

I think it is not against the rule about sharing the strategies of earning money in discussions and post or discuss how can we earn in my lot? as i remembered when i joined my lot my first topic was how to earn in my lot and a very kind person told me each and everything and i am still following it but yes telling false computation of how much you earn by posting one post is against the rules and the one who make this kind of topic get deleted as it is against the rules and one must not do this. I really don't know if it's against the rules to talk about your earning with mylot. When I first signed up with mylot last year it seemed as if many people were discussing this subject. As far as responding to all the comments I receive for discussions I've started, it doesn't seem possible. I would love to be able to do that but it would take a tremendous amount of time. I do appreciate when people comment or if the subject is interesting to someone else. I'm actually trying to get more information myself about how to maximize earning. I enjoy writing and I think it's great to get paid for it(even a minimal amount such as we get for mylot)

Yes, it is, as we aren't allowed to start a discussion about how much we have made whether it be daily weekly or monthly. The reason for that is, we all are paid differently, and if we start saying how much we earn, then everyone would be expected to ean the same thing, and we just don't. If any discussions are started talking about earnings, then they are deleted, and no one eanrs, including the one who respond as well. It is good that you ask this though, as most don't and will post a discussion aobut earnings, and it ends up gettting deleted, and they wonder why. if they would only read the guidelines they would know what they can and can't do in here. i think it is allowed to share your strategies and tips on how to earn much higher in mylot. what is not allowed, in my knowledge, is making "false computation of earnings." it is difficult to calculate earnings here in mylot. we can only approximate, but there are tips on how to maximize earnings. i think that is allowed to be shared since that's what friends do - help each other. responding to replies and comments is advisable and commendable to do. it will further encourage other people to continue responding to your discussions. however, i am not sure if that adds to your earnings. goodluck!

Hello bulastika this is checkmail and think its against the mylo rules to discuss about mylot earnings.Many of mine discusions and responses were automatically deleted byt eh mylot admin just for this reason.Yeah i rec an cut in mine total earning at mylot very often.But see sometimes its allowed or what, as your this discussion is still on the mylot, in morning avoided it, but now am responding to this discussion.Thinks its the rule of mylot that makes judgement over here.Anyways Happy Mylotting.

Yeah..Mylot have strict rules and regulations which are mentioned in their terms of service.. You are not allowed to talk about individual earnings.U cant post any links in your discussions or responses regarding your earnings or any other material..But still you can talk about your earning strategies and extent of myloting. One can guess your average earnings through your mylot reputation..So dont worry about it..Happy mylotting..
