How Many Hours Do You Sleep EveryDay?

hi friends, how many hours do you sleep everyday? it is more important to sleep for atleast 6 hours everyday.. sleeping keeps your body rest for that time... both your mind and body should take some rest from their routine and sleeping helps to keep your body and mind fit...
what about you friends? how many hours do you sleep everyday?

depends, if i've to go to the university in the next morning i've to get up at 6:15 and usually i go to bed at 00:00, so only 6 hours, in other days like saturday or sunday i can sleep more, about 8 - 10 hours, usually i go to bed at 2:00 in saturday and i get up at 10:00 in the morning, and in sunday i can sleep more, from 22:00 - to 8:00. sometimes i don't go to bed if ihave to study a lot.

has you told sleeping is very important but sleeping more then a limit its bad for your health i sleep nearly 7 to 9 hours
