It is strange but seldom do we take advantage of acting in time as far as health is concerned.Yoga I remember I took recourse to almost twenty years back when I was suffering various problems of digestion.Very soon I joined a yoga centre and sure enough after three to four months the problem was brought under control.Nine years back I had a tremendous back pain. This time I found a yoga teacher who came to my house once a week and trained me for three months and sure enough that problem was also overcome.Just goes to show the real effectiveness of the various exercises by a trained yoga teacher. Not only that I felt very alert and alive when I regularly practised them.

There is no other science comparable to Yoga. There are many crazy stuff going on in the name of Yoga in the west, but the original Yoga as propounded by Patanjali and currently taught in various reputed organizations in India is nothing but a priceless jewel. Baba Ramdev has truly made it a mass movement across the world, and most particularly in India. His ashrams near Haridwar are just too impressive with all modern facilities. Bihar School of Yoga at Mongher, Bihar is another real institute founded by Swami Satyanand Saraswati, who lives in Rikhiya, Jharkhand. His presence has transformed the region through the hard work of his devotees. Kaivalyadham in Lonawala near Mumbai is another great institute.
It is a true science for self transformation. I have myself gained a lot of benefits in numerous ways.
