At Parties

People who talk about Politics at Parties bother me. It never ends on a good note. The discussion, which started out on a good note eventually goes south. Not to mention everyone talking about the politics is usually very drunk. I also don't like trouble makers at parties, you know the people who get up in your face and try to embarrass you or start fights with the other party goers. It's extrememly annoying and I usually excuse myself when that happens to go to the bathroom...at home!

I guess I don’t have the greatest time with folks who only want to talk about themselves and can spend hours exaggerating their own achievements and have no interest in anyone else whatsoever! I particularly dislike non listeners! I hate being bored by and cannot usually wait for a distraction so I can make my get away...

Hi, jahernandezrivas. I am not a party goer and if ever there is one I attend, it should always be the Christmas party. It is a time for everyone to get together. I always make it a point to attend because it is the only time to meet people from the other offices either in the same island or from the neighboring ones comprising our region. It is always a happy occasion for us as we get to see each cluster's presentation. It is always a happy competition for these presentations. I can always refrain from people I don't like to be with during the Christmas party. Almost all of us have known each other for years and I could always find a seat away from those I don't like to be with, lol. I don't like to sit beside the boastful, noisy and "plastic" people. I always want to sit beside funny friends. I always have a good laugh talking to them.
