I've been reading some posts about reviestream.com here and almost all the people who are complying are complaining because the site keeps rejecting their reviews. I know that some reviews also get rejected for different reasons but the main reason is because people mostly don't check the BULK RATE box BULK RATE means that you accept to get paid only 50c for your review instead of $2,50. If you don't check that box it means that you do not accept to get paid 50c instead of $2,50 and if they don't want to give you $2,50 they will reject your review. But if you click the BULK RATE box they will just pay you 50c instead of $2,50 and they will not reject your review. Try to follow my advice the next time you try to post. I got $600 from reviewstream.com , here are many tricks how to earn money there and trust me they will pay you the 50c only if you click the bulk rate box. Reviewstream.com doesn't pay $2,50 in all categories, they will never pay put 2,50 for reviews in categories like movies, TV, website, games, food it doesn't matter who good your review is or how long it is. I really hope I helped with this thread and I really hope people who had problems with reviewstream will read this and give that site another chance because it is really possible to make quite a lot of money there.

He lorelai, I'm new with reviewstream and recently they accepted my review about a hair cream...I definitely checked the bulk rate and I got 50 cents for it. Thanks for sharing your information about reviewstream. Any other secrets you could share with us on how you managed to earn a lot from reviewstream? thanks

Congratulations! I am happy if you managed to earn some money. When you publish in cosmetics, entertainment, housewares, medicine, perfume, electronics, camera, computers try to write as much as possible, at least 900 words, and you will get $2,50 even if you check the bulk rate box. It is a waste to get just 50 cents for reviews in the categories that pay $2,50 because maybe you needed to add just a few more sentences. But make sure you don't publish only $2,50 all the time, I mean, publish few short ones and few long ones otherwise they could stop paying 2,50 to you. That's what happened to me last year so I stopped writing long reviews, now they pay me the same as everyone else but I publish 1 long review and at least 3 short ones. That's all I have for now. I hope I helped.

sorry for my late reply. It is true that every vote pays BUT you have to have 50 votes on a single review to get paid those $5 they promise you. Votes can't be summarized, I mean, you can't have 10 votes on 5 different reviews and get paid $5 but 50 on a single one. It is rather difficult to reach that number as you can't directly ask people to vote for your reviews. You can't even vote twice for the same review from the same IP address, you actually have to collect 50 votes on the same review from 50 different IP addresses to get paid $5. I am glad I could help.

Thanks lorelei, you're such a great help...Next time I will make longer reviews. Do you know their program "Every vote pays"? do you participate on this and is is true that you earn with every vote you get from your reviews? thanks

Hello, I agree with some of your points. But, in my experience, I always uncheck the bulk rate to take my chances. If it's not accepted then the system will ask me if I will accept the bulk rate. I say yes, of course. What will I do with a short review of potato chips for example? I usually write about 500 words minimum for the "hot" categories such as electronics, medicines, education, health. In my opinion, 600 words is a tad too long. I also get paid full rate for housewares and other categories like real estate, hardware for as long as no one or not too many people have reviewed the products. My suggestion is the opposite - go always for the regular rate. Otherwise, it takes too long to reach your first payout, something like a hundred articles. Once you do, confirmation is automatic but be vigilant of what you submit. RS checks every article that they receive. I have been with RS for 3 months now but I have been paid already several times. Look around you and see what you can review. RS is my favorite site at the moment and I write exclusively for them.

Thanks for your response. I agree with you that in HOT categories one can leave the bulk rate unchecked, I always check it and I always get $2,50 for my long reviews in those categories. I started this discussion because a lot of people were complaining about getting their reviews rejected all the time, mostly people who don't have much experience with reviewstream, so I wanted to explain that this was because they were publishing short reviews and by leaving the bulk rate unchecked they were having their reviews rejected. For instance 300 words review with unchecked bulk rate will automatically get rejected specially if in categories like movies or TV. Once one understands the way reviewstream works and which categories pay 2,50 and which doesn't then they can leave the bulk rate box unchecked and decide by themselves if they want the 50 cent only or not.

Hi again, I know the feeling as I groped my way around RS during the first month. RS tells you though that your review is not long enough and gives you the chance to accept the bulk rate or not. I've had reviews which were also rejected even if they were in the most sought after categories. I tried to figure it out but gave up. I concluded that for as long as I have 500 or more words after the first payout for a review on categories where there are not too many people who have written on the same product, then I am nearly sure to get the regular rate. Hope my thoughts help as well. It's meant to complement the thread you started.

How come you got $600 from them? Did you just wrote a sh1tload of reviews or is there any other way to earn except getting $2.5 (or even worse, $0.5) per review?

I got $600 in about 18 months, not all at once. I was writing almost every day a review or two. There's no other way accept $2,50. I was writing until I reached about $50 then I asked for payout and each time like that. That's how I got $600 it took me 18 months because I couldn't spend a bunch of hours in front of computer every day and it also isn't easy to find products to write about after a while.

Thanks for this - I've been meaning to try out reviewstream for a long time but I've been put off by the negative comments. people have said they are rude, don't respond to emails and don't pay out. So it was nice to hear someone say the site has worked for them so I'll be giving it a shot now, thanks!

I am glad I could help. The people from reviewstream really aren't rude. I e-mailed them a bunch of time and they always replied. I even asked why they kept rejecting my reviews about the TV show Entourage and they replied although they don't reply to similar questions. They do pay out I have never had problems with them, they are the best site that has ever paid me. I think that people were discouraged by the very high payout, which is $50 but it really isn't difficult to reach $50 especially once you figure things out.

Thanks for the advice concerning Review Stream. I am new to the site and have written 1 review so far and it is in the process of being reviewed for approval. I had heard someone else say that it was important to check the bulk rate box before submitting the review because there was a greater chance of the review being accepted. Currently, i am working on a few reviews for a lot of the technological devices that I use on a daily basis. After that, I plan on doing some reviews on travel destinations that I have had the opportunity to visit. There are a lot of things that I have thought of to review, but I can definitely see how the ideas could stall eventually.

You are welcome. Please make sure to write about 900 words if you want to be sure to get $2.50. Happy earning! It really isn't difficult to earn money there.

Sorry for butting in. I just want to point out that you have to establish firt your credibility with RS. Your first reviews will take some time to be approved as it takes them 2-3 days to process them. In my case, it took a week. I would actually submit 4 reviews at a time and after, the next batch would be 6 or more until I reach payput. I reviewed every kitchen gadget I have, all the computers in the house, medications, my recent travels and anything I could see on my desk such as a Thesaurus, a calculator and so on. I quickly reached my first paypout. But that was because I did not check the bulk rate. I just had to write a minimum of 250-300 words at that time.

Yeah, I only submit for $2.50 when I write reviews on electronics and other "high-cost" items. They almost always get accepted for $2.50 but being that i'm no millionaire I don't have loads and loads of electronics to review. For the few reviews I don't get accepted at $2.50 I just submit them as bulkrate and get paid for them. Thuus. I end up reviewing movies, music, etc. etc. Everything I ever chose to do at bulk rate ALWAYS get's accepted. I have yet to have a rejection. Even on my super low quality reviews that took me a minute or two to write i've gotten $0.50 for. They accept VERY easily for that.

I agree with you, most of the reviews get accepted if you check the bulk rate. I do the same, movies, food and TV I publish most in. Thanks for your reply.

Wrong! They can and often do reject the review. Even a good one. Doesn't matter is bulk rate is checked or not. I know from experience. The reason most of these poeple are complaining is because they have seen it too. Reviewstream is a scam. Unless you have a lot of time to waste, they should be avoided.
