Becoming a better person in our own eyes is a whole-life project, and so we should focus our step-by-step efforts on many areas of our existence. Since we likely know which qualities we consider good, growing as an individual is simply a matter of making an effort do good whenever possible. Respect should be a key element of our efforts as well. When we acknowledge that all people are deserving of compassion, consideration, and dignity, we are naturally more likely to treat them in the manner we wish to be treated. we will also become a more active listener, as well as more helpful, and truthful. Going the extra mile in all we do can also further evolution. Approaching our everyday duties with an upbeat attitude and positive expectations can help us make the world a brighter, more cheerful place. Finally, coming to terms with our values and then abiding by them will enable us to introduce a new degree of integrity and dignity into our life. Do you agree?

Hello dear Pose.
To become a better person, personally, one needs to be possessive of a good personality and a good sense of being helpful, friendly, kind-hearted, humble, generous, etc.
It is very challenging for us all to be a better person. One of the most important things for us all to be a better person is to do things from our daily life and work. Take some trifles that people do for example. I have often seen some people doing some washing next to the row of water taps in our school, who wash their clothes with the water running all the time causing the loss of the valuable water that we need so much. I feel so bad when I see them letting the water running this way. There are so many times when I want to tell them not to do so, but feeling embarrassed in doing so, I keep quiet though I am not happy with their behavior of dealing with the water. From this sense, I think that I am not doing well enough as not to prevent them from doing so as they are my colleagues and their family spouses. They would feel offensive if I point out the way they use the water for washing clothes. I have been feeling so bad for it. But sometimes if I see the water running without anyone there, I would always switch off the tap.
From the small said example, I think that it is of great importance for every one of us to have a good sense of responsibility for whatever we do. We need to be aware of the protection of our resources that are so limited. If we can pay attention to it from our daily trifles, it should not be that difficult for us to be a better person.

I absolutely agree however it is easier said than done. Nobody is perfect and we all succumb to things about ourselves we don't like. However striving to improve is better than accepting the things about ourselves and our lives that we don't like.

I do agree, I would also like to add personal responsibility, you touched on it briefly. I think that we have gotten away with blaming other people for our problems, when thing go right we want the credit, when things go wrong we want to fault others for our misfortune. Focusing on our own faults will help us to look for the good in others, nobody can bring you down to their level unless you let them.

Although I agree with most of your points, I believe the key to becoming a better person lies is embracing lifelong learning. This refers to a learning process that extends from cradle to grave, extending beyond formal schooling to all aspects of our personal and professional lives. Lifelong learners are informed citizens who constantly strive to improve their well being, enhance their creativity, and expand their horizons.
Lifelong learning opportunities abound. Your employer may offer training to enhance or expand your skills. Community education classes are offered in diverse subjects from investing for retirement to gourmet cooking to photographing your children. You'll find numerous online tutorials on how to set up and promote a blog, how to use software such as Photoshop and Microsoft Word, and how to build a doghouse or fill out a job application. You can even earn an advanced degree entirely on the Internet.
Lifelong learners are generally more open-minded, fulfilled, content, and secure then others in their age groups. Why not be one of them?
