Are you young at heart? Do you go out, if it snows where you live and frolic and play in the snow?

My nephew is four, and I go outside in the snow and play in it. I love playing in the snow and going sledding with him every winter. :)

....Hi there amandaauc, Welcome to the fun place of mylot. Enjoy. That is neat. I think it is as someone, somewhere said, children help to keep you young, or at least young at heart. It should be exhilerating for you to be out and about with him in the snow. You two probably made a snowman as well. Take it easy. Thanks fot your reply.

Thank you. :) I'm still a little confused on how this site works... And yes! My nephew is so much fun. He's only going to be five in February so he has tons of energy, and I love going sledding with him because we both squeeze on the tiny sled and go down huge hills. It is so much fun. :)

I have enough fun digging my car out or shoveling snow for a couple of neighbors. But on occasion I'm game for a good snowball fight. Though I love walking or driving in a good snow storm.

...Hi 1hopefulman, The snow is white and it is beautiful, but that's where it ends for me. I think snow is for chidren, you can be a child at 50 as well. But I think all children should experience at leastone snowfall, where they make snowmen and have snowball fights and snow angels if they wish. Then I think the whole shebang should melt and go back to the North Pole or whereever. The walking in the snow sounds romantic, as long as you are dressed warmly, the driving in a snow storm, mmmmmmmm, I think I want to be home with a cup if hot chocolate and some marshmellows.
Easy does it.

No I have not gone outside any play in the snow since my granddaughter was younger.I do go out and shovel the snow off of my driverway and the sidewalk and then I just go back inside to warm up.

...Hi happy, If I had to shovel the snow here, that would be my routine. Snow is beautiful, but my does it bring the cold as it is suppposed to. Warm is my word during the winter. So winter is here and the snow has shown up. I bet your granddaughter loved playing in it when she could. Children should all experience a snowfall. Take it easy. Thanks for your reply.

.....Hi kevinll, You are quite right it is positively not about your age but your attitude. I love to see people having snow ball fights and making snowmen or women
I think it lightens the spirit to be playful. Although
I do not like the cold, the season can be given to frolicing around and tossing snow balls all over the place. Ever frozen a few snowballs in a plastic bag and taken then out for a fight in the summer? Must be careful when uhit a person, but it would be an interesting surprise in July to bring out your frozen snowballs.
Take care.
