Give me 5 reasons why you like sunrise.......

To be honest I am not an early riser to enjoy sunrise.I retire late to bed and rise late in the morning.And I live in a densely populated town and so I can't have a sunrise view from where my house is.Yet,I like to watch sunrise when I am out of the town,in my journey times.it is pleasant to watch it as the day dawns from the night.

1. It's beautiful 2. It makes me calm 3. It makes me realise the world is so beautiful 4. Makes me forget stress/worries for a while 5. My family loves to watch sunrise/sunsets together.

1) It's really beautiful. I guess most of us would have to agree on that. Everything that God created is beautiful. Sunset, in its own right, is also beautiful. 2)It really refreshes the soul 3) I keep watching vampire movies, and sunrise always gives hope, and safety. I feel the same way everytime i see the sunrise minus the vampires 4) Sunrise is the least harmful time of the day. Coz when its beyond 10 o'clock, the UV rays are so harmful 5) I read in a health book that sunrise activates a certain part of the brain so that when it triggers that, it treats insomnia or something like that. Sunrise benefits the health, in other words.

I commute to work each weekday morning, it takes 45 minutes to get to the hospital from my home. So I get to see the sunrise often. My reasons why I love sunrises are: 1. They are gorgeous here in Tennessee. The colors are beautiful pinks, and oranges against the blue sky. Gorgeous! 2. It is a symbol of a new day, a fresh start to your day. 3. Usually if there is a sunrise, it means the day will be clear and sunny. No rain! 4. I enjoy painting landscapes and seeing a sunrise sparks ideas for my paintings. 5. A sunrise gives you a chance to be still for awhile, thus reducing stress, as you enjoy Gods masterpiece in the sky.
