I've been with Pinecone Research for a long time and have some great results with them. They always pay and they don't inundate you with all these bogus surveys. They will also send you products to use and then follow up with another survey. This one is legit.

Yes it works it takes a little while to get approved I got a check just yesterday. Good luck!
