Do you give more importance to the health of your family or yourself?

Well, I have seen many ladies devoting their life totally for the sake of their husband and children and hardly finding any time for themselves. They are so concerned about the family diet, health and other activities that they do not care for their health or diet also. Some do not even share their health problems with the family. They are also not bothered about their physical appearance or ailments for the sake of the family. So which category do you belong to? Do you give equal importance to both your health as well as your family? Or is it that you take care only about your health and do not strain much for the sake of the family?

Yes, I give equal importance for myself and my family. For I believe that before setting good examples for others, DO it first on yourself, for them to be confident about your concerns for them. Most women are born devoted to their families, because that is the maternal role of any mother to her husband and family. Due to their so much devotion they tend to forget about taking care of themselves and even those whom they taken cared off sometimes do not also do the same thing in return. I guess there must be a give and take relationship. Because any imbalances would also lead to expected or unexpected problems.

well i think i should give equal importance to both oneself and one's family. particularly when your role is the backbone of your household.because that would put your family in much more inconveniences.

yes, I've already realized that and I am paying more attention to the health condition of my family and I. honey is good alternative to sugar, so I advice my family try to use honey. and I am doing more walking even though it is mid-winter now. As to my parents, I find there is no better way than laughter can offer. so I try to find them something amuzing or entertaining.

Both are equally important, we must protect our health and our family's health too. When a member of a family is sick, we are also affected even not physically but be mentally disturbed. Money and effort will spoil a good mood.
