HDTV 720p Plasma vs. 1080p LCD

I'm trying to decide on which I should buy. Both Samsung 42", great TV's, just can't decide which is more pleasing to the eye as far as picture is concerned. Any suggestions?

What do you plan on using it for? If you're just watching TV, then satellite and cable only broadcast in 720p anyway. Here's a site that might be able to help you find some good options: http://www.bestledhdtvs.com
