Hello.:-)
I love eating vegetables for health reasons. As a matter of fact, my meals are not complete without a dish of vegetable served on the table. I can eat any kind of vegetables. It doesn't matter to me even the taste of bitter gourd.:-)
I do eat meat once in awhile. Meat like that of chicken, beef and pork to satisfy some cravings since meat are rich in protein. Once or twice a week we do serve meat dishes. But I prefer eating fish or seafoods.
My brother can't live without meat dishes. He prefers meat to other food and he is huge!!!!
Have a Merry Christmas.:-)

nowadays i try to balance my diet. i take almost equal amounts of vegetables, cereals and grains, fish, fruits, chicken, and very little pork and beef. i would say i take a good amount of vegetables that it becomes my main dish while the meat only becomes my side dish.
i'm noticed that i'm grown healthier with my decision to take in more vegetables and lessen my meat intake.
cheers!!!

Vegetables, definitely. Granted, I am a vegetarian so that is an easy decision! =]
I especially love zucchini, squash, avocado, and spinach. I eat alot of legumes such as chickpeas and black beans along with whole grain bread, rice and pasta to make delicious, meat-free meals!

I like a healthy balance of meat and vegetables. my sister is a vegetarian. I could never become a vegetarian because I like meat too much, but I am not carnivorous either. I like a nice balance of both meat and vegetables. I will eat vegetarian meals occasionally, but I like meat a few times a week atleast.

I love eating vegetables, and I love cooking them in different ways. I used to eat meat before, or more non-vegetarian, especially chicken... But I quit years back and now I don't even think of them, and also don't touch even eggs. I am a pure vegetarian, and just enjoy vegetables all the time...
I just love them.

I am mainly a vegetarian and do not eat meat. Once upon a time i used to like eating meat but used to eat it outside in hotels and restaurants. Then i gave it up completely. I like chicken and eggs. I eat eggs 3 times a week and chicken if it somebody cooks it and brings it over to my house. However most of the time my food consists only of vegetables.

I like to eat both but I prefer more of vegetables than meat. When it comes to meat, I eat only chicken and just once in a week, not everyday.I can stay without eating a meat for a week, it is not necessary that I should eat it.Vegetables are good, I try to cook it in different ways looking for recipes on internet or at times just have it boiled. It is nutritious and no harmful effects on health.

well like them both, meat is good. I like pork, beef, so I guess I like my cow and my pig. pig taste so good. I also like deer meat if you haven't tasted it, it is really good. need to know someone who goes hunting. or you could go hunt it yourself, lol. I don't get to have it but I have tried it and it was really good. I like to it greens, salads, carrots, peas, corn, all that good stuff. my wife really doesn't so I don't do it all the time since it rots rather quick if not eaten.

I think people should never eat meat. It clogs your colon and is very hard for your body to digest. I know your body needs protein but you can always get it from other sources like nuts & beans & protein shakes. Vegetables are waaayyy better for you. They are packed with vitamins and nutrients and best of all, they cleanse your body of toxins.
Vegetarians that skip out on meat and just eat veggies are energy packed people! sometimes they can be fully rested on just 4 hours of sleep a night. I think humans shouldnt eat meat at all really. And especially not pork or ham!

vegetables provide vitamins a and c, and foliate and minerals such as iron and magnsium.they are naturally low in fat and provide lots of fiber .it also provides lots of carb. there are basically two types of carb simple an complex
simple includes cane and beet sugar, dextrose and sugars in fruit an milk
complex includes potatoes rice grains cereals pasta bread an beans
hence i like vegetable a lot
but then again meat provides vitamin b zinc an iron which are most imp in one's diet i do eat meat aswell but then not as much as veg
so veg guys has to plan deir diet

I like a little meat in the vegetables. I do not ever like to have a meal without vegetables, though, whereas sometimes I do eat a meal with no meat. Generally, though, I do like to have some meat at least once a day; if you consider fish a meat, then twice a day!
