how to post ptc referral banners on mylot profile?

hi everyone. i really can't figure out why the html sortie doesn't work whenever i post a referral banner linked to a ptc site. i find a lot of mylotters who are able to post their links. i also can't find how to change personal info here in mylot. please help me coz i wanna post some offers to fellow mylotters like i'm willing to pay $0.25 for signing upas my downline, etc.
