So, my dilemna is where to find innoculation requirements for countries that I plan on travelling to. I've been to my doctor, which gave me advise and to websites such as the center for disease control, even embassy websites. They all provide different suggestion and requirements. My recent fiasco happened when coming through customs returning from indonesia. I had to go through a health screening (passengers were randomly picked) and had to remember all of the medications and innoculations that I took prior to the trip. Thankfully I passed because I had no record of what the requirements really were. Anyone have a reliable source of information?

It all depends on country you are going. I always check with CIA page.
They have very good information about every country.

Have you tried the State Department website? They should have that information posted. You would also be able to get that information from the individual country's consulate.
