game is something we have to thinks, compete and have fun simultaneously. From traditionally or computerize. Anything under that words is a game for me :)

I see gaming as a nice way to relax and sometimes a way to connect with other people. It's certainly not my life and it's not something that I'm completely addicted to, but it is something that I enjoy doing to unwind. I do like the whole idea of connecting with other people as well but sometimes it's hard to find communities of people that want to play the game you want to play online with you at that moment. Also it's a tad hard to trust them sometimes because they could just be hackers!

I quite enjoy seeing the places and ideas that get brought to life using the video game medium. Several of these never would have worked as books or movies, as is evidenced by the number of video game movie adaptations that bomb miserably. :p Although I quite like the notion another responder used of 'movies where you control the protagonist'. I don't think it's possible to spend too much time playing video games. But on the flip-side of that I do believe there's a point where some people should shut the thing off and do something else. Play another game, go make some lunch, whatever. The people I'm thinking of are the type who pitch controllers across the room. Which I've personally never done, I have gotten quite frustrated, and I'll start swearing vehemently at the game before telling myself to calm down.
But I also don't believe in video game "addiction" or that playing too much grand theft auto/halo is a justifiable excuse for some of the crap people have blamed on them. Violent videogames don't make people violent in the same way that a murder novel doesn't make you a detective.

I really like games. They're fun and you can live in cool fantasy worlds. I tend to play scary games a lot. I also like action games too because it's like playing a movie. I'd be pretty bored without my games!
