Twice in the last two months, I have gotten a phone call around 11:30 PM saying its from Ebay and press two. I can't remember why I am suppose to press two. I usually hang up the phone. I sent Ebay a email, and of course they did not respond to my email. I am sure it is some kind of scam, but I have no clue. I hate to change my phone number, but I think I may have no choice.

It might be different time zone reason. So, don't be bothered by those mysterious phone calls. You can block them if you want. Or report it to your phone service provider. They might help you to block those calls.

I did lat night, but I ignored it. I had assumed it was a scam. I can not see why anyone would call me at 10:30PM. I never answer my phone after 9:30PM. I hope you do not need to change your number. I wonder if you could email ebay themselves and let me know. I think someone is trying to get your information.

I've never gotten that phone call but it sounds like a scam to me. Did you check ebay's website? Sometimes they will list scams that are going around so that you know what is true and what isn't. It seems fishy to me. Why would they need to call you at all and especially that late at night? If it is the same number every time could you possibly just get that number blocked from calling you instead of changing your whole number?

That certainly a scam, and you might not need to change your phone number. Did they call you cell phone or landline? I would suggest you to contact your phone service provider to block that call if you still got their phone number. Because everytime you change your number, they might charge you high service fee for it.
