This is hypothetical. But I have come across a boy whose origin is interesting. His mother became pregnant at Aden (near UAE), she delivered this boy at Sri Lanka and brought up and now living in Bangalore, India. Whenever some asks him about his native place, he says: Made in Aden, delivered in Sri Lanka, Living in India.
Now regarding your discussiion, one can rightly call that person as MULTINATIONAL MAN.

Initially my response was to call him by his name,(this is a riddle isnt it?) but in regards to his his nationality/culture, then i think it would depend on what he felt he was. I`ve known people whove been somewhat similar - i think they can have a hard time finding their identity. If he grew up in France then I`d probably consider him French. What nationality were his parents?
