Alertpay Delay in Payment and Item Reception

Hi Friends, I'm a AlertPay recipient. I've payed a person named Banelisiwe Lubisi(webs2009@live.com) authenticated by Alertpay for a e-product and I've been sent a verification mail of AlertPay receipt about the payment. I've noticed that a little amount money (the price of the item along with the transaction fee) has been deducted from my AlertPay account. But I've yet received my product (item) which I ordered for. I don't know how many days will it take to make the payment and when I will receive the item (product). Can anyone help me in this concern?
