Guys, please tell me how does one differantiate between love & lust. There have been times in my life i was in a relationship only to find 6 months down the line that i never loved the person. How do i spot this right at the beggining? Any clues?

hi pumeza,
I think you have to know the person better and know yourself as well. It will be so unfair to be with someone without knowing any reason behind it. Maybe it is a bit tricky for you to differentiate lust from love and I think everyone does experienced that in some point. Love someone not because you want to or feel like to but, love someone because your heart tells you. And you can only tell it when you know what your heart truly wanted.

do u know what true love is??? true love is when intimacy, passion, n commitment work together in the meantime. there are so many definitions about love according to each person who ever falls in love. in my opinion, love is a great genuine feeling towards someone. it's more than word of love itself, it's the miracle of feeling. Otherwise, lust might contain love but sometimes it might not. lust is only a desire to own u without a genuine n miracle feeling. I think there is no definite definition of love. It depends on individual.

I think it depends on what makes you gravitate towards the person.
Are you interested in them fr thing that are lovable or likable? Do you like the way they look, the car they drive - silly stuff like that?
Or do you like the way you feel about yourself when you around this person? Like they make you and the whole world a better place?
