I have always been a crammer since I was in highschool. I was used to reviewing the last hour before an examination. It was the method effective for me. But now i've realized that its not really good because I was always on the rush and sometimes forget to do other important things. What do you think should i do?

well as the post above cramming is good for some people but not a lot. it will be less of a risk if you study in advance.
that is why colleges give syllabus. Read in advance and if its the next test then youll read less because you have read it already

..hi.. cramming works for me since I was in high school until I graduated in college.. according to psychologist, there are really people whose mind is compatible in cramming.. I mean, the mind works better when cramming.. but if you are not good in it, cramming will not be good for you because you have the tendency to forget everything most especially if your mind is already full and can't handle too much information.. what you need to do is to read your notes every evening and internalize it so that when examination comes, you just have a little review and then you're fine.. to other people, reading their notes early in the morning works very good because upon waking up, their minds are fresh and can accommodate information.. but in others, reading their notes before sleeping works better.. it really depends on what you think best suits you.. you can try studying at night and studying early in the morning then find out what works best for you.. if, for example you studied before going to sleep and you were able to retain those information in your mind the following day, then it works for you but if you still keep on forgetting it, then you try the other one.. some people also read their notes with music, some don't.. you just have to develop a study habit.. One more is, the place that you read your notes or the place where you review should be stable.. if you prefer to study in your bedroom, then do it often.. I hope this could help you.. have a joyous Christmas and wonderful new year..!
