One of my friends asked me a tough question

Waht you said is absolutely true.We do not know why God has created us. But we neither have the right to take our lives too. As far as I am concenred, I would also say that I would leave as much a s possible for my child so that he would live in absolute comfort in his old age without struggling too much for his children's education.I was fortunate to have an extraordinary brilliant child who studied on his own in India itself.But, if his cildren can be given greater facilities and my son is able to quickly retire and take it easy there is nothing more that I can ask.

Well what he says is mostly true, you can be the richest man in the world, but when you die you won't even take a penny with you. but god gave you this life for a reason and that is to enjoy it, not to be rich but to enjoy it happily and respectfully

What a beautiful discussion? It is a discussion to think, it is a discussion to make self-analysis. Why am I here? I am not here to exhaust the food grains, I am not here to teach laziness to others by following it myself. I am here to do some good to the society, to follow doctrines of life in a disciplined way and show it to others especially to my children, I am here to clean my past bad merits and take a clean soul to God's abode as impurities are not allowed there. Once I reach that place, then I will not come back again.

you are right..all the life we try to make our life more comfortable...and for it we earn and yes...each of us want that our children should be in a better condition than we are today...so we strive to earn more....but sometimes i feel that we are running so much after money...that we sometimes miss the time we should spend with them.

I dont think you have the correct answer for your friend question coz passing on your wealth to your children would only make them worser and they would be the master of spending and when its time to earn money then they would suffer for sure coz they are used to spending not earning neither saving. If i were you i would have donated three-fourth of my wealth to a charitable trust which serves for the poor ones.If your money can bring back Eye sight to blind ones and if it can help them to operate their heart Ailments then why not donate the money and save their lives rather than passing it to your children. Hope you get this point there are many others who suffer from Uncurable diseases(small children who havent seen the world to the full extent are born with rare diseases) so i believe in helping them and i spread this message to everyone.I would appreciate if you can do this.good day.

There is a way that you can take something with you when you die. True, you can not take any thing that is material. But life is not "just material" -- you are not mere flesh and bones -- but body plus life-force. Your current life is a result of all your past actions -- both good and bad combined together. You reap what you sow -- this is Karma. Use your belongings for some noble causes; help remove pain of others. Money is not the only way to charity; use yourself to serve sick, handicapped, orphans, aged, and infirm. And do it with compassion and goodwill but never with ego. This way, you are sowing the seeds of nobility which will only bring pleasant outcome in the future as results. This way, even if the fruits are delayed, you are sure to get them in the future lives irrespective of whether you believe it.

When there is a start there will always the end. When there is ugly there is pretty, when there is good there is bad. There is always an opposite in everything. We live for a reason, and the reason is for God so love the world, he gave us his only son, Jesus Christ our savior.God wants us to feel his love he created the world to utilize what is there, to live with some of his creations like animals, trees, plants, mountains, lands and sea. To see the sky and the moon and the stars, to feel how he love us. As a human being he had given us our free will, we are free to decide for ourselves that is why we have problems, and when we have problems we call up his name and ask for help and guidance. That is the reason why we live.

I agree with your answer. life on earth is transient, so those who only have this life, work as if they only have what they can accumulate on earth. but for those of us who have the promise of eternal life, there is more to come. there does not need to be so much striving on earth. not so much fighting to gain more. just to live as Christ wants us to live. So there is no point in trying to make all the money in the world, gaining the world in a sense when one is not sure whether one will or will not lose one's soul in eternity. merry christmas, my friend.

This life is temporary but still we can find much happiness when we use our life in the right way. But there is an even better gift that God will give us as we can see in that Bible verse. Well from what I know,God wants us to work and support our selves while we are here.If you don't you be living homeless and struggling to eat.We just have to make the best of the way things are right now.

I strongly agree with your answer. Each of us is placed here on earth and given life for some grand purpose. Each of us has been given a talent, it was put into us to develop and that is the ordained purpose behind each of our lives and that purpose can be accomplished only by the individual.

Dear Sir.gud evening.The question asked by your friend relates to our working life.We are working hard day and night to earn money and finally we spend it on our family.We felt satisfied for that.Its our moral duty to earn money and spend it on our family to cover up their day to day needs.But in context to this question it has different meaning.God has created us with the different purpose.We should be thankful to God for our creation.Earning money is part of our life and in the same time we should also devote some time to God which is the important part of our life i.e it is the work for which god has created us.So i can say that your friend might be right because he might think different.Everyone has his own way of thinking. Hello Jay. I think your reply to your friend is great. I think we should work to keep ourselves in a home and food on the table. It also gives us a way to maybe drop a seed about God to others. If we didn't work and be around others how would we all tell others about the goodness that God has provided us? If we don't work how would we all live? The world don't owe any of us a living. Money rules the world right now if you don't have money you don't have anything else.

I'd say God created us not to accumulate worldly wealth but wealth that can be stored in heaven. HIS purpose is for us to be with HIM forever. However, we need to be here as Earthlings first and that doesn't mean that we don't have to work and earn our due. We can never tell when is the end of the world, though there are already signs but nobody knows the exact time. We must save and acquire things for the benefit of the next generation. And whatever we do while we still are alive will always be remembered. We don't want to leave our children with that impression that we were lousy individuals when we were still living. I want my kids to tell good things about me, thus, remembering how I live my life in fulfillment rather than how I die as a failure.:-)

The real meaning of life,I think,is experiencing its process.acid,sweet,bitter and hot compose the whole life,if only have you undergone the bitter that you can feel the sweet,this process is so amazing and uncertain,which makes you go ahead hardly!In addition,for the question of money,I think money is the necessary stuff of our life,so making money is also a part of life,just like eating or sleeping,so we shouldn't make that question seriously!

My reply to your friend is, We want to do something better for this planet therefore we are living. We want to pass some good education to my youngsters, how to live life, how to do good things, how to tackle difficulties, how to enjoy life; therefore we live in this planet. I don't want to die therefore I am living my life. There are lots of answers. Why should we make money, the first reason is we want to live life better. The money which we earn will definitely used for good reasons. More money means better life, good education, no worries in life and lots more. Have a good day.

Hiii Vijayanth.,i agree with you, when we are born our hands are closed in fist and when we die we have our fists open this indicates when we come to this world we bring all our karmas(good/bad),bring happiness,n everything withus.,but when we die we leave all here only ..by giving to others,the purpose of ones life is not so easy to be known my friend many peoples life goes by till they find purpose of their life., the only thing we can do is to spread happiness ,knowledge,set good example of us not only for our children but for many.,but as we die we take something with us ....that is our sweet moments/memories that we have gathered through out our lives., Working and earning money is a form that we the humans have made and excepted to complete our basic needs so it is necessary for to earn to stay alive...by this we statisfy our bodily/emotional(sometimes) needs nothing else...
