How do you recieve a call from unkown number?

Hi friends if you are middle of something very important, and you suddenly get a wong number call, how do you respond?

I usually don't take the call from unknown number or if I answer the phone, I don't talk until the person on the other line starts talking. I am very careful in answering or talking to a person using an unknown number for they might have a different agenda.

First is I have to ask who is calling, and whom she/he wants to talk to and what is the exact number she/he is trying to call :D
Or if I were in a hurry I could say you got the wrong number and wait for confirmation like "ok, sorry" before ending the call :D
