How to get 100$ per month?

Working 8 hours per day (5 days per week), but my reward each month stays lower and lower - at now I get only 300$ per month. So I thought maybe someone can suggest some way how could I earn 50-100$ per month in the internet...?
I tried some bux sites, but there I can't reach payout minimum clicking almost a year. Also I write capchas in pixprofit, but 1000 sines I can do in 3 days - and its very hard for eyes.
Maybe You have some advice?

Well, I already suggested earlier in one of my posts, you can try www.rentacoder.com It's a pretty good site where you can get a lot of projects, and make money. You have to place bids for those projects and if the buyer is convinced you will get that bid, and you have to finish the work within a specified deadline. My friends used to make easily around 500 dollars a month. They used to usually involve in software programming and they were pretty good. You can give it a shot.

Is there some works where are not required specific knowledges? I haven't programming skills... :(
