Status updates!

I don't use facebook much but when I do I sometimes dont update my status for a week or more. I usually update when I have something interesting to tell everyone. Too many people update with meaningless stuff, I guess they want to share their latest coffee with the world or their latest pizza but I'd rather just post one good one than several pointless ones.

When I first joined facebook, I updated every few hours, too. Now I've synced it with my twitter account, so that my tweets automatically get posted as wall posts. I just go on facebook to see my comments and post on other people's wall now.

I dont update my status that often unlike before..i only check whats new on the new feed, accept gifts on the application and start playing. I used to change my status every hour before on face book but when uu start playing and u level up, new feed gets flooded up with whatever ur doing so i dont bother updating my status anymore.

It depends on the day - I may do it a few times a day or just once.. I guess some days I just don't have much to say. :-)

I change it maybe once a month. Ha. I'm probably the only one of my generation who thinks things like Facebook and Twitter are silly. No one needs to know the mundane details of your life. When I change my status, it's because something major happened or because I really felt like saying something.

The only time that I generally change my status on Facebook is when something very exciting has happened or when I am very much looking forward to something. And it seems like I only ever go on Facebook on my Blackberry. I barely ever sign on from my computer anymore. As an aside is anyone else annoyed by the enormous number of game announcements, etc that come up on the status updates? Argh! I know that I can stop them from showing up, but that would require changing my setting on a daily basis.

Hardly ever because I really dont want to know every trivial incident in other peoples lives so dont see why anyone would give a monkey's about mine If I get people who are telling me what they're having for tea/that they're having a coffee or have just scored x amount in a game etc etc I just hide them. I dont think I've really got into this social networking thing yet...

I tend to change my status quite regularly and usually it's my opinion on something I have seen on TV or the internet or maybe song lyrics of a song I like. It depends.

I rarely log on to face book. My status updates get updated through my connections to other sites such as AIM. I really don't bother to do it manually anymore. I'll probably log on once a month or more. But, to be quite honest I don't spend all that much time online. At least not on social networking websites like I used too.
