How to switch proxy?

Hello there people, I guess for some of us, with our internet service provider, we do not have our individual IP address as they internet service provider uses dynamic IP. Now that is a problem as we would have been people sign up from similar program which you would be interested. I would like to know if you know how to switch proxy or can direct me to switch proxy. Thanks.

if you are using firefox then download the add on quick proxy or u can dowload proxy standard.

i'm using the firefox browser for a long time bure do not know how to use the proxy on it. i know there are many add on for it but seems we should pay for that and no free way to use it. and what is proxy standard and is that also one add on and would you mind to share how to use it?

I believe a lot of ISP's that assign roaming addresses will let You have a fixed one at no extra cost if You talk to them nicely. Also a number of router/modem models can be set up to either use roamimg addresses via Your ISP or You can enter an address of Your own choice which it will request every time You log on.
