Your interpersonal relationship can be told from the situation after you leave the company. Will you continue to get contact with the former colleagues you get along well with in case of resignation or dismission? Will you become intimate without getting interests involved or will you put them out of your mind and get away with them gradually?Do you believe you can make friends with your colleagues?

I'm always friends with my colleagues. Most of the people I work with I know from activist situations so we were friends already. You don't stop being friends with someone just because they're suddenly your boss. I realize most people would not be in my situation but for me that's the truth.

Well, I still can make friends with our x-colleagues but not every of them. I have a colleagues who left the company a year ago but we still have close contact to each other and have joined a lot of function/event together. There is no wrong or right to make friends with your colleagues so long it is feels comfortable to you.

Yes, I can imagine myself being friends with ex-colleagues, especially those who've become so close to me. For each chapter of my life, I become really close and attached with other people. That's why i keep in touch because they've become such a big part of my life. Although I'm the type to move on with my life after a chapter closes, I'm not the one to leave my friends behind. I continue to keep in touch and try to be there for them as much as possible.
