Help me to get home based job

Hai everybody i have a 10month baby i need to work from home as i need to improve my financial status.when i came across internet i saw some few ideas that is Mail house,mail order,mail list service.I actually dont know what kind of job is this.If anybody know about this plz help me giveing this details .Also help me by telling me some genuine websites to earn money thru home.I am hardly in need.
