I am working here in my current company for 2 years and 7 months now, I earn not much for me and my son, I am currently in search of a new job but is hesitant to leave this company because of some factors like making new friends, "bagong pakikisama", and so on and forth.
How about you, are you happy with your work?

I am not happy with my current job at all. I have been working in this company for over two years and a half. Yes, in my branch, I am paid the most, twice or even more than the rest of my colleagues, but I am not happy because the system is very inhumane. Therefore, nearly all the staff complain bitterly. but only complain, they do nothing. they choose to bear this instead of trying to figure out or leaving because they fear to lose their job.
I feel health also matters. Yes, my salary is the highest, but my mood is low. And compared to my previous salary, this payment here is not attractive. and considering the mood, I feel like this will affects my health, which is invisible and when you find health problems, it's already too late. so I am gonna part with this seeming handsome payment and find my new direction soon. I believe people like me who are much experienced and qualified in one's own field will easily find a better job.

Hello elisse27!
I am happy with my job. I love the tasks and the responsibilities that come along with it. Day by day, my job becomes more challenging. With regards to your situation, if you are not happy with your work or with the company you are working for, you should already consider looking for another work. I mean, you might just have a difficult time being productive if you are not happy with what you are doing. I wish you all the best and I hope that you could share to us whatever you decide upon with regards to your plans.

of course not. Well, currently i am in our family business to which i have been a slave for the past seven months or so. I do everything that needs to be done. I do field work and office work. i also do programming, repair and install stuff, much like technicians and all. And for a measly small amount, i think it's not even higher than the minimum wage. And yeha, you might think that since it is a family business, i can benefit from it, but no..i haven't felt a single thing ever since i entered the company. That is why i am doing them a favor. i am currently finishing a project that would make the company a cut above the rest, so i can quit some time next year and do my own thing.
