What is your greatest fear?

Hi, as you can see, Christmas is just around the corner and New Years is coming. For my New Years resolution, i want to face some of my fears. For instance, i really want to bungee jump or even go as far as skydiving to overcome my fear of heights.
So, i was wondering, what are some of your greatest fears? Even the ones that no one else knew about?

I scared of heights, escalators, steep stairs, ants, cockroaches and other living insects. For New Year's resolution, I want to ride the escalator without holding the rails.
I'm also scared of balconies, towers, and sharp things.
I'm scared of stairs with no rails, skaters, rods, and my friends.
I'm also scared of cancer.

I also have a friend who are scared of cockroaches though to help her overcome this fear, she bought a fake cockroach (that looks quite realistic) and placed it in her room so everytime she enters her room, she would see it. Apparently, it had helped her a lot!

I am afraid from spiders, but I don't see myself closed in a box with spiders just to overcome my fear, so I just live with it. I think that sometimes it could be useful to be afraid of something, because if you are not, than you start to think about yourself as invincible

Like many, I have a slight fear of heights but I'm glad I'm not the only one. Also, when I was younger, I had some strange fears. One of them was sitting or standing next to windows. I was afraid that someone would shoot me from outside. Yeah I know, I was about eight or nine, so I was quite naive. Also, I did not look at the wall on the right side of my bed for a long time, because the boards were looked like such a way that it looked like there was a creepy demonic looking face in the wall. This was when I was about five or six.
Like I said, some strange fears when I was younger. I'm sure there was more.

I have a lot of fear. But for me my greatest fear is not having a good marriage someday when I marry. I grew up with a good marriage of my parents, I dont want to be pessimistic but sometimes I really think about it. Still, I hope for the best.
