With all those traffic rules regulation in the department of motor vehicle about using cellular phones while driving, are you still using your phone while driving? I mean texting or sending sms, calling etc. Do you also use other gadgets like earphones for your cellphone calls?

Absolutely not. These days, there are enough idiots on the road, and you need full concentration. If nobody is in the car with me to take the call, I wait until I can pull over safely to answer it. Mind you, here in Spain virtually every other driver seems to have a phone clamped to their ear, so I'm in a decided monority on this one. It's against the law here as well as in the UK, but even the police use their mobiles as they drive!

no as that would be illegal here in uk,
I also dont use a handsfree when am in the car I let voicemail pick any calls up if its that important it can wait half an hour till I can pull over somewhere safe.
So no I don't and I hate seeing someone on the phone while driving as one of my neighbours children got knocked over by a girl who was texting and driving.
