Are you afraid of lonely?

I must say that being lonely is my worst fear. The reason i decided to write about it it's because one of these days i had a panic attack.
I felt sick, and i was home alone, and when i realized that there's nobody to help me i started to panic. Suddenly I felt like the walls of the room were stretching, i was agitated, i couldn't breath...it was my first panic attack. and hope to be the last. I never again wanna feel lonely.
How about you? is anyone else having these kind of fears?

Being alone and loneliness are both different.Why did you feel lonely at your home?Instead you would have enjoyed being alone and celebrated it.What made you think that you are lonely?Did you read any worst books or did you anticipate any bad news?Try to mingle with positive people and you won't feel lonely again.

Then it is your mind that made you panic about the scene.Longing for someone special is quite natural at your age.If you can't get one then fantasize abut your dream ones which could make you comfort for the time being.Anyhow,I wish you will meet your sole partner soon.

I have been alone many times before, and actually i enjoyed it. i like to be alone sometimes, but i don't know why this time i felt like this...it wasn't the tought of being home alone, but to be lonely. and i guess is from the fact that right now i don't have anyone in my life...someone special. i guess that made me feel lonely. And the fact that i was home alone and being sick, agravated the situation. I don't know...i just need somebody in my life...someone i don't have. that's why i feel lonely.

I have a fear of growing old alone. that fear I have had that fear for years. see I have bipolar disorder. So everything bothers me. Touching,kissing,etc. So I feel over time I will not find a husband that could deal with me. I know how hard it can be.

nah I aint afraid of being lonely, I live my live the way I think it should be lived.
If that means I am lonely so to speak then so be it, but I know I have lived my life the way I think it should be lived not to please someone and to try and make me popular.
A bit like mylot really, if people like you great, if people don't who cares lol.

Well, that's good for you.
i can't say that i care what people are saying, and never actually try to please anyone. And i try to live my life as it is....is just that i always need to know that there's someone next to me.
I don't need support, i always like to do things on my own,,,just that i don't like to be alone.
