What do you fear most? Darkness, snake, insects or something.
For me, what I fear most is talking in front of an audience. It means I really have difficulty in talking in public. Whenever I have to speak or talk in public, I suffer some symptoms like sweating a lot, fast beating heart, unconscious movements. And for most time, they go beyond my control. So do you have the same problem? And how you overcome it?

My greatest irrational fear is sharks. I find them beautiful and fascinating but they scare the crap out of me. Just the idea of them is frightening...
I feel the same way about speaking in public. It's definitely what I dread/fear the most. The most people I have had to give a speech in front of was probably about seventy people. That was just SO horrible! I admire anyone who is comfortable in front of a large group of people.

I am PETRIFIED of snakes!!!!
I shake and want to run, but find I can't move. I do my best to avoid them! I have no ideas on what to make it better.

fortunately, i am fine talking infront of an audience. somehow, my school prepared us to be speakers and writers. however, what i fear most is the loss of loved ones. i think it is a reality that i could still not fully accept and understand. i lost my father early this year. i am so scared to lose my mother; she is now 67 years old. i think more than any thing else, losing her is what i am afraid most.
