defend yourself!!!!

Just for fun, If you were to be attacked this very minute by someone insane, what do you have within arms reach that you could use to defend yourself??
I currently have a remote (which i could throw), a baseball bat, a picture frame and mabe just mabe i could attempt to throw my coffee table??

I'd throw my DVD disks at them. They pack a punch and I have lots that I don't use anymore.

hahaha good idea i never thought but my christmas tree is right next to me at the mo....pity its screwed down to stop the cat knocking it over it could have made a pretty good weapon!

Right at this moment I have a half full mug of coffee - I could throw the coffee in his face then hit him with the mug. I've also got an old (turn of the century) mobile phone that doesn't work anymore - it's got a short airial on it, so I could maybe stab him in the eye with that. I've also got a plastic clipboard, striking him edge on wouldn't incapacitate him, but it would certainly hurt. A large format hardback book and several paperbacks. And without leaving my chair, I can just about reach back and pick up a VHS video ("Wallace and Gromit: A Close Shave"). Oh yes, and I just remembered there's a house phone next to me too, I can maybe garrot him with the cable. I'm one dangerous character! ;-)
