Do you eat vitamins?

I have started eating these chewy vitamin pastilles since my mummy bought them for me a few weeks ago. they are so yummy! I don't feel like I'm eating pills or popping vitamin supplement. I feel like i'm eating sweets haha. so it's good that they come wtih strong doses of vitamin C in a mixed berries flavour. The guidelines say to eat 2-3 daily for my vitamin C needs but I feel I could eat the whole bottle of 50 pastilles cos they are so yummy! oh dear. have been strictly limiting myself ....

i also like vitamins like pulses,almonds,fruits,vegetables,cereals i don't know why people dosen't like vitamins.when we all know that they were good for us

yes I have my vitamins supplements only when I fall sick or else no. I think it is not necessary to take vitamins if we have good variety of food like cereals, pulses, meat, fish, fruits, variety vegetables etc. And I don't fall sick at all. So I think its not necessary. hope you got my point.

hi...vin.. you are right... we currently to eat some of the foods ,meat...like that ..they contain of many elements .so no necessary to take supplements...

I take a vitamin that you have to swallow...and I don't take them everyday as I think they stimulate my appetite and I surely don't need that! LOL

No I don't take vitamins everyday. I know you have to take them as you get older. BUt I am very cautious about what kind of stuff and medicines I am putting into my body. I will just take the medicine that a doctor will prescribe to me and I really need.

I take a daily multi vitamin three times a day. It has all of the necessary vitamins and minerals you need like zinc and vitamin b. I also take fish oil, and extra vitamin b to improve my skin more. I like to take lots of vitamin c to keep my immune system strong and healthy. The defense against sickness is having a good immune system!

I take my vitamin C and B12. Vitamin C strengthens my immune system while Vitamin B12 boosts my energy all day long. I also take food supplements to further enhance my... Honestly, I don't know what it does. LOL, my dad just told me that it's good.

i take vitamins daily... though sometimes i do forget but i have heard that its good to miss a day or two so your not over taking them... your post has reminded me to take them today. hehe i take a couple of different things. i don't have the chewy ones though but sometimes i take the little kid ones that are chewy because they taste like candy. lol they are for my nieces but i don't think it can hurt me to have one or two every once in a while.. it hasn't hurt me yet... but i just take the normal multivitamin, biotin, fish oil and b-complex

Well, I try to have my vitamins primarily through natural food sources. E.g- Vitamin A from carrots and Mangoes, Vitamin C from Guava, and so on. I take pills only after some illness, such as Vitamin C after some cough and cold. I think natural foods are a much better source of vitamins than Vitamin pills and much safer. Regards

I do not eat them often now. I prefer to get my vitamins the natural way through natural food. Its easy to pop the pill but there is a fear of side effects. With natural food one does not have any fear.

i do not take vitamins oftenly. Normally i eat fresh fruits like oranges, apples and bananas.

nope, but i used to have cod liver oil tablets a while back to help my joints. Im only young but a few years ago i could barely bend my right leg for some unknown reason. Whet to physio and everything, thought that was a waste of time. And then over time it just got better and know there's nothing wrong with it :)

I take my vitamin every morning, it's the One a Day Men vitamin to get me vitamins across the alphabet, it seems like it's helped a lot over the months I've been taking them. I wish I had started long ago.

As yes, I think very important to take vitamins. I think that nowadays, everyone should use all the technological, medical, etc., for life, and aimed to prolong life. Eating vitamin is one of the ways to live a more healthy and therefore longer. There are many vitamins such as vitamin C, which the body does not store, then that vitamin needs to be replaced (included) every day, and although today there are many healthy foods, most people are eating more and more things that are not healthy (Americans eating more and more fastfoods (or should I say FATfood)), and all this just so that we do not absorb all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals needed daily, and it makes people run down, ugly and older earlier.

Hi Squaretile.I started taking vitamin pill since i still child.It is because my mum will buy the vitamin pill for me and she says i will be strong if i eat it every day.So i listen to my mum advise and eat it.But i already stop taking vitamin pills because the vitamin pill only have one type of nutrition only.After stopping the vitamin pill i change to eat spirulina pill which it make from natural spirulina platensis and it will provide us more then ten of nutrition.The spirulina price will be more cheaper and more nutrition will be provide in the same pill.This is because the this type of pill is sold by trusted direct sale company.The other reason is it taste very nice and i love the taste when the first time i taste it.

I take vitamins, drink vitamins, and yes, eat vitamins. I usually take vitamin pills because I know that I will not get my vitamins any other way.

Hi, suuaretile. Yes, I do take vitamins. The chewy kind that is. I like taking gummy vitamins for Adults. It has about four different fruity flavors in it. I have not taken any in a while though. I don't like taking vitamins that are large and hard. I like taking soft vitamins. I admit that taking vitamins can be fun when you have the kind that is yummy!

Hello squaretile this is checkmail and me too have some vitamins in mine diet daily, in forms of veggies.Yeah here in my country mostly vegetabels are used as an vitamins source for our health.Vegetables are an good source of getting various vitamins.They are lot of fresh and juicy even some of them are sweet to taste just like fruits.I enjoy mine daily intake of vitamins in form of fresh vegetables, so never ever required to have some artificial or specially processed vitamins. I have recently taking vitamins. I have heard that eating vitamin tablet can lower the hair fall to much more extent so i decided to take vitamins. From long time I was noticing vigorous hair fall and want to get rid of this problem. I have started taking multivitamin. It is in the form of a soft capsule and should be taken twice a day with meals. Let us see what difference will be seen.

I always take vitamin after eating my lunch. vitamin that I consume is the vitamin C. I have started this habit a long time since I was a child, so until now I still continue my habit. My reason for taking them because my immune system is weak and often sick when I do not eat vitamins.
