Is your MSN working? I am unable to login in.

It's been a long time that couldn't get access to MSN, but i am still available to use windows messengers. Whenever i log in to my MSN, it pops up an error after like 10 second, saying that some sort of errors occur in that communication platform. I searched the resolution but only found some that work with VISTA only. So anyone experiencing the same thing? Or anyone know how to solve it? Thanks a lot!
