I am a working mom as a Teacher I know some of you knows what's the nature of work from preparing a Lesson Plan, computing grades of the students & it consumes most of our time. I am also a hands-on mom before I leave for school I have to see to it that I well instructed the caregiver for the needs of my son& from time to time during my break I keep on calling home to check & even went home to peek if time permits.
How about you how did you handle the situation being a hands-on mom at the same time working?
Please share your experience.

I have two boys and I love being a mom. I work full time and then come home to cook, clean, do laundry and try to find time to spend with my boys. It is so hard to leave them everyday and I would love nothing more than to spend more time with the both of them. I don't think you ever get over leaving them even though you know you are providing for your child the best you can by going to work. I just try to juggle the best I can and I hope someday when they get older that think I was a good mother and provider.

It's really hard to be a working mom, isn't it? Leaving your child everyday to his/her nanny while you go to work for the rest of the day and you only get to see him/her when you come home and sometimes your baby is already asleep and you are tired. I used to be a working mom and what I do is to prepare everything for my baby before I go to work. Like feed him first and bath him after. If it's still too early to be off to work I play with my son. And when I get home I spend time again playing with him, feeding him and putting him to sleep myself. As much as possible, I spend time with my son as often as I can, holidays, weekends or even brushing his teeth.
