Have y'all had any luck getting referrals in 2009 and why is it so hard?

hello well i really feel it very hard in getting refrals most of the time only depond on doing some task it self becoz every body is having the accounts and more competition is the other porblem we face and thanks for list of the websites

I have done OK getting referrals this year it has a lot to do with the website I made about Making money online,but my main problem with referrals is it dont seem like anyone likes to stay active for any length of tim. I have actually done pretty well the last few months. I just started trying to get referrals for my BigCrumbs site In Sept. I had like 3 referrals for the last year or so.. and noticed that others on this site have gotten many many referrals and are now raking in over $100 or more a month. So- now I am mad at myself for not trying earlier.. Since September I have seen my Referrals increase from 3 to 16 (2 are indirect referrals 2nd and 3rd level) but 14 are my own.. So far so good. Not as hard as I thought. It helps when the site has a lot of offer....

The secret to referrals is to share some of your referral earnings. Once you put out a note saying that you are ready to share your earnings then the referrals will come in droves. Also, refrain from putting out referrals for all sites under the sun. restrict the sites that you publicize for referrals to 5 or 10 and you will meet with greater success. The reason is that if you put 100 sites referral links for people to choose from it may be too overwhelming and people will get turned off.
