Ever since I was young we are only using sea salt for its all natural no matter how inviting the commercials of iodize salt because it is processed & its impossible that it has no chemicals added to it. Plus I am not fond of eating too salty food I am only a moderate user of it.

I eat.. normal salt?! Uniodized, I think it is. I'm not actually sure what the name for it is. Maybe just table salt? I rarely put salt on my food though. I've never been THAT big of a fanatic. And yes, it definitely does help raise our blood pressure and gets us into trouble in that sense. I try to limit it obviously, but some things just NEED a little boost to them! And a tad bit of table salt usually does the trick, from my experience!
