What do you think about humans advancing, will we get to another planet.

Hi, do you think humanity will advance to the planets in our solar system and then on to the stars. The purpose of life must be to create life, so why then are we arguing, we should spread life throughout the stars we see. We should concentrate on this. Humanity must proliferate, the stars are waiting for us.

I think, and hope we will, not in my life time, maybe not in the kids born today's lifetime, but some day I always like the saying "The Meek shall inherit the Earth, the rest of us are going to the Stars!"

I'm in my mid-50's so, while I had hopes when I was a kid and watched them walk on the moon, I've pretty much given up hope to seeing it in my life time.

Hi VKXY62, with all the advances in science nowadays, nothing surprises me anymore, so I think anything is posible. However, I won't be around to see the advances. Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year, my friend.
