do you think the most expensive Avatar will beat Titanic on box office?

I watched Avatar the effects is fantastic the technology that they are using is new that why the movie is expensive. I don't know if it can beats titanic let see. I watched it with my mother and sister last Thursday and I like the story and the effects. I like the fighting scenes and the cinematography it is amazing.

How wrong you are and stupid you must feel. Avatar has only been out for almost 2 weeks and has made over $745 million worldwide. Even if the movie cost the reputed $400 million in production and marketing, the studio is very close to doubling it's investment in James Cameron. No doubt the movie will run for a minimum of 12 weeks and continues it's current takings then it's on track to beat Titanic as the highest grossing movie of all time. And for the record, Titanic grossed $1,842,879,955.00 in the 41 weeks it was showing. You really don't know much about the film industry and projected box office takings do you?? ...............Didn't think so!! As the old saying goes: "It's better to keep your mouth closed and be thought a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt."
