Avatar - 2D or 3D ?

On 25th December i will watch avatar with my gf, so i would like to know from those who saw it, is it worth watching in 3D or enough in 2D ? becuaes 3D sites are hardly available & they are priced tripple of 2D seats...
so the people who watched in in both 2D & 3D or just watched it can you post your comment here ?

The best seats for 3D are towards the back of the cinema. So yes, take your gf but remember to take her in the rear.

I saw Avatar first in 3D,and had no problems with the Glasses.I had to travel to the next closest cinema to Me for this 3D showing (There are 4 Cinemas within an Hour of where I live,and only this one was set up for 3D.)I decided then to try my nearest cinema for a second showing in 2D to compare the two.. I found the 2D showing just as entertaining,but bearing in mind the movie was filmed to exploit new 3D technology,maybe the 3D would be worth checking out..

friends,i enjoyed this fantastic movie in 2D because of no 3D movie theatre in my region.In spite of that,avatar of 2d style also can shock you in its beautiful planet,the strong visual-impact,and so on.
But if the ticket price of 3D avatar is affordable for you, i recommend that you should enjoy it IN 3d.it is worth doing that

but i am worried about that vomiting scene, why they vomited ? by 3D effect or something else ? please answer this, i don't want to fall into any wired condition with my gf there

well, so far i have watched avatar 3 times, 2 times in 3D format and once in 2D. The experience watch in 3D is so different and its very impressive. you can feel and enter the Pandora world by watching it in 3D. If avatar still playing in your city, watch the 3D, I recommend this.
