How to edit your post

Hey is there any way to edit the discussion subject or post in mylot after publishing the post

There's no way you can do that. If you have posted something, it's permanently there, so spell-check and preview your answers before you post, will be my best advice. I sometimes make errors too, but nowadays I learn to read back again back to back my sentences.

I thing the quote "learn from your mistakes" completely fits here, though the mistake is not so big. Now i think i will never forget to read it once before posting....

You absolutely got it right, my friend. I tend to spell-check and proof-read too, but whenever I make a mistake, I comment back saying I've made a typo and apologize.

Hi Neha.. there is no edit option in mylot.. so we need to check before we hit post..

You cannot edit or delete your post once it is posted. That is why mylot has the preview option. Nobody really uses it, but they should. It is such a pity, people do not use the features the site has on offer.

There is no option for editing the Posts . So it needs kind of proof reading before the submission. The editing feature should be included because sometimes , even after proof reading we might miss something and like to correct. Though we can place a response to our discussion and state the change which we want to notice , I feel that this can be the only way to make a change notice by others.
